  1. A complex with 16 apartments in northeast of Dallas caught fire over the weekend, severely damaging several units, and killing one resident and his dog. Dallas Fire Rescue Units responded to a roof fire on Eleven-600 apartments At Audelia Street yesterday just after 4 a.m. The firefighters worked quickly to evacuate residents and contain the fire, and the housing authorities are working with the American Red Cross to identify the needs of residents who may be displaced.
