Rogelio Cruz Moreno Jr., who also goes by the names “Antonio” and “Victor Lopez”, was last seen at on November 21st 14774 Beckett Road in Seagoville wears a black shirt, blue jeans, red shoes and a red hoodie. He is described as a Hispanic man who is approximately six feet tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has the number 18 tattooed above his left eye and the name “Elizabeth” on the left side of his neck. - A pedestrian was killed trying to cross the street I-35 E. near Royal Avenue. in Dallas. MPs believe the unidentified woman made it into the left lane when she was hit by a white 2012 Chevrolet Impala and pronounced dead at the scene.
