AIA Dallas, the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects, is holding its 15th annual house tours, both face-to-face and virtual, on October 23rd and 24th. The architecturally significant homes are located in different neighborhoods of Dallas: Preston Hollow, Oak Cliff, Lake Highlands, Lakewood and Turtle Creek. And this year the tour also includes homes in Denton and outside Tyler.

The Tour of Homes highlights the excellence of Dallas architects and home designers. Due to COVID-19, the tours were only virtual last year. This year the offers vary depending on which houses you want to visit. Virtual tours are available for Sugar Creek, near Tyler, and for Gold Crest, a high-rise condominium on Turtle Creek Boulevard. Five House in Denton can also be visited in person or virtually. The other seven houses only offer personal tours.

For $ 75, you can tour all 10 homes (both the virtual and in-person options) or With a $ 45 ticket, you get either eight personal tours or three virtual tours. Buy tickets and plan your tours of AIA Dallas. Here’s a little sneak peek at the amazing homes that are definitely not to be missed:
