The Korean chicken concept Mad for Chicken is now open at Frisco, 9292 Warren Parkway, Suite 350. The signature dish is double-fried chicken, which is hand-coated with soy garlic or spicy garlic sauce. The menu also includes kimchi fries, sandwiches, and rice bowls. Oni Ramen opens a new location at CityLine in Richardson. Guests order their ramen bowls on touch screens – seasoning responsibly, there are no refunds – and swipe their cards at the door, just like at the Deep Ellum location. Go! Go! Curry! will also open its first North Texas location at 8240 Preston Road, Suite 175 in Plano next month. With locations in New York, New Jersey and Houston, the restaurant is known for Japanese home cooking, specifically a dark and thick curry made with a 60-hour recipe on rice with pork or chicken katsu.
