Hutto (Williamson County) – A developer from Miami recently received approval from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for a residential complex with 204 residential units.
AHS Residential, LLC suggests developing AHS hat, is located on the east side of Exchange Boulevard at 550 Exchange Blvd., just west of downtown.
The planned 118,000 square meter apartment complex will include the 204 residential units, a rental office, a clubhouse, an indoor area and outdoor facilities.
The estimated cost of development is $ 26 million, with construction expected to begin on February 2, 2022 and a year later on February 2, 2023.
AHS Residential acquired a 10.78 hectare property under the name of a special purpose vehicle in July of this year –Hutto Community LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Corporation incorporated on May 17, 2021.
Juan Fernandez, Director of real estate for AHS Residential said Austin Business Journal that the company hopes to develop more projects in the Austin area.
“We don’t just come here to build a property. We want to be part of this community and hopefully continue to develop here in the long term, ”said Fernandez. “We have several projects that we are pursuing that are in different phases of contract negotiations or development. But they are still in the early stages. “
