AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown Announces Executive Chef, Javier Maysonet

A Dallas chef travels west to take over culinary operations at one of the newest hotels in downtown Fort Worth.

The AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown, which just opened last September at 101 W. Fifth St. near Sundance Square, announced Javier Maysonet as head chef, who after serving as Executive Sous Chef for the Dallas / Addison Marriott Quorum by. after Cowtown comes the Galleria. Previous positions include W Retreat & Spa, Vieques Island and the El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico, where he was the sous-chef.
