Law360 (Sept. 1, 2021, 4:01 p.m. EDT) – O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced Wednesday that it has appointed longtime litigation partner Timothy S. Durst of Baker Botts LLP for the general litigation and intellectual property and technology groups of the Firm has hired to help set up and is expanding its new Dallas office.
Durst joins O’Melveny as a partner after almost 35 years with Baker Botts. He joined Baker Botts two weeks after graduating from law school in 1987 and was a senior partner in the Dallas firm from 2015 to January.
