Austin (Travis County) – A Dallas-based developer finalized a tiered agreement for a warehouse logistics park during the Travis County Commissioners Court session last week.
The 148.2 acre property is undeveloped and is located at 2900 ½ Ferguson Lane in northeast Travis County.
Mike Jones with the Hillwood Property Company suggests developing a warehouse and office logistics development through the company Premier Logistics Park, Inc. with the working title Premier logistics park.
Under the terms of the agreement, Jones will develop the property in phases to affect the area’s transportation system and provide land for a rights-of-way extension to Rundberg Lane, which crosses the development, as part of the final plating.

Will Parnell with Parnell Engineering, of Cedar Park, submitted a letter to the City of Austin in 2019 stating that “the future planned development of this property is commercial use, with (the) majority being a warehouse and the minority of the property being offices.”
Parnell added that two of the eight lots are for drainage purposes and for containment and water quality.
“These two areas will stop and treat runoff from the expansion of the public paths through the warehouse logistics park,” he wrote.
