Both the SPCA and Dallas’ city shelter to be open to the public again
The Texas SPCA, the nonprofit animal shelter near the city-operated Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center, will reopen to the public on Friday, August 13th.
The facility has been closed since May 2020 due to the pandemic. This opening follows a soft opening that took place on the last two weekends.
