Derek Blount

Derek Blount, Chief Executive Officer

As head of the Dallas-based air purification company CASPR Group, Derek Blount will lead operations, help optimize product supply chains and prepare the company for the next phase of growth. Prior to CASPR, Blount was Senior Vice President at Daseke, where he helped close acquisitions that more than doubled Daseke’s size and brought the company to $ 1.7 billion in annual sales. Blount replaces former CEO Scott Wheeler, who will join the company’s board of directors.

Amy O’Neil

Amy O’Neil, chief operating officer

Amy O’Neil previously held executive positions at Hana, formerly owned by Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis, Restaurant Technologies and Caribou Coffee Company. O’Neil is also a former franchise owner and operator of Buffalo Wild Wings, Corner Bakery, Smashburger, and Wolfgang Puck restaurants. In her new role, O’Neil will be part of the business of the mobile energy company in Dallas.

Devin R. Dillon, Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer for the LGBTQA + Community Center Resource Center, Devin R. Dillon will provide expertise and work on innovations for the company’s internal and external marketing communications. Dillon worked in a variety of business fields including media and entertainment, architecture and design, and information technology. Most recently, he was Vice President of Softtek, the largest IT and managed services organization in Latin America. Dillon is the Resource Center’s first CMO.

Cheryl Policastro

Cheryl Policastro, Chief Strategy Officer

As CSO, Cheryl Policastro will expand the company’s resources and help develop branding experiences with the marketplace. Policastro joined TPN in 2016 as Vice President of Planning and Prospects, focusing on the Bank of America client. In 2018 she was promoted to Managing Director and Head of Strategy and Insights. In this role she further developed the focus on talent development and implemented new data sources and approaches to consumer loyalty.

Phil Callison

Phil Callison, head of civic practice

Phil Callison has experience of 50 civic projects in Texas through to GHC, including leading numerous design teams on a variety of civic projects including town halls, public security buildings, courts, libraries, recreational facilities and performing arts centers. Callison previously served as Principal and Corporate Commercial and Civil Regional Practice Leader at Perkins & Will for 20 years.

Kristin Lopez

Kristin Lopez, Senior Interior Leader

Kristin Lopez has over 20 years of healthcare design experience including interior planning, interior design and finished selections, signage, documentation, setting up and sourcing of artwork for healthcare projects. In her new role, she will work with owners, project managers and architects, designing and coordinating interior fittings, specialties, works of art and furniture. In 1996 she joined the GHC.

Jeff Billman, Senior Leader in Architecture

Jeff Billman has been promoted to Senior Leader in Architecture. He has 20 years of experience as an architect, project manager for a hospital system and vice president of a construction company.

Lacy Jungman, vice president, strategic development

In her new role, Lacy Jungman will help consultants create and implement growth plans. Prior to video storytelling company OneDay, Jungman was vice president of sales and marketing at Heritage Communities.
