Texas Emergency SNAP Food Services Extended Through October, reports KERA. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission has allocated nearly $ 294 million in nutritional supplement programs (SNAP) for the month of October. SNAP households will receive a minimum of $ 95 emergency food grants through October 31.
