Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott: ‘Feed Me’ … Video Games Business Partnership

In the past off-season, Ezekiel Elliott committed to improving his fitness. With three games in 2021, he is visibly leaner and faster, hitting holes faster and budding tacklers harder.

Off the field, the Dallas Cowboys running back makes another promise – one to improve his fun. And maybe his bankroll.

As he prepares to take on the Carolina Panthers’ number 1 defense on Sunday at AT&T Stadium, Elliott announces a formal partnership with XSET, the world’s fastest growing lifestyle gaming organization. He often wore a # ReppingTheSet t-shirt and hats during training camp in Oxnard, and even played video games in a few scenes on HBO’s Hard Knocks.

XSET CEO Greg Selkoe calls Elliott a “major investor”.

Says 26-year-old Elliott about the business venture:

“I started playing when I was 8 or 9 years old and I think the gaming and esports industry is super dope. So many people from so many different places. I really admire the corporate culture and what XSET stands for. Everyone’s passion and love for games and the family atmosphere. It’s a great, diverse community and XSET knows how to connect authentically with the culture. For me it was a piece of cake. “

On the field, Elliott – who shares more workload than ever with Tony Pollard – has carried 44 times for 199 yards and three touchdowns. In his spare time, he prefers to decompress games like Call of Duty, Apex, Madden, and NBA 2k.

In February, Elliott was one of several celebrity athletes – along with Cleveland Browns recipient Odell Beckham Jr. – who invested in eFuse, known as LinkedIn for Gamers.

Founded in Boston in 2020, XSET has attracted high-profile music, sports and entertainment talent, including Grammy-nominated hip-hop artists Swae Lee and Ozuna, BMX legend Nigel Sylvester, and 14-year-old female Olympic skateboarding phenomenon Minna Stess and The NFL players Kyle Van Noy and Adrian Colbert of the New England Patriots.
