DALLAS, TX, U.S., Aug. 10, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) and JP Morgan Global Alternatives are filling a recently vacated space at McKinney & Olive and resuming social events when customers return eye-catching – the office building designed by Cesar Pelli in the pulsating uptown Dallas.

Ankura Consulting Group, LLC signed a 9,689 square foot lease in Suite 320 of McKinney & Olive. The JLL brokers Calvin Hull and Don Preate represented the Ankura Consulting Group. John Zogg and Marissa Parkin represented Crescent and JP Morgan.

McKinney & Olive, owned by institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Global Alternatives and developed and managed by Crescent, achieved 100 percent lease status in less than two years after it opened in late 2016. However, due to recent letting activities, McKinney & Olive is almost fully let, with only two office spaces left.

In April, McKinney & Olive began events in the piazza, an acre green space with mature trees, water features, outdoor seating, a fire pit, and lawn games that welcomed customers and neighbors to the building. Events include weekly concerts, fitness classes, and pet events in the piazza.

McKinney & Olive restaurants and retail outlets are getting involved and participating in the events in the piazza. Participants include Del Frisco’s, Doc B’s Restaurant + Bar, Starbucks Reserve, Roti Modern Mediterranean and MIXT, as well as the CycleBar and Drybar.
