Brandywine Apartments, built in 1981, is an affordable 50-unit rental community for seniors aged 62 and over and people with reduced mobility. The property is located at 500 Rockingham Drive, Richardson, TX, 75080. The group is owned by National Church Residences, the architect for this project is Alliance Architectural, and the lender for the project is Capital One.
FTK will carry out extensive interior and exterior renovations over a period of 12 months. The exterior renovations include new roofs, paintwork, and electrical upgrades. The interior renovation includes updating the kitchens with new appliances, cabinets, and countertops; Adding central air conditioning; new flooring; new interior doors and windows; Device upgrades; and new sanitary facilities. Other upgrades include parking lot pavement, sidewalk repairs, new lighting, new fencing, and energy-efficient improvements. In addition, the community building, which includes a new kitchen and a renovated rental and administration office, is being refurbished.
