A NEWLY OPENED snack bar received a 1 on its latest food hygiene inspection.
Dallas Chicken and Pizza on Cavendish Street, Barrow, was visited by inspectors from the Barrow Borough Council on August 3rd.
The takeaway, which opened earlier this year, was rated a 1 in its latest hygiene report.
The site received a report from inspectors with a “very good” for the hygienic handling of food, a “very good” for the cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building and a further “significant improvement needed” for the management of food safety in Take that away.
The takeout opened on the site of the former Barrow Pizza next to the William Hill betting shop.
It is adjacent to a number of other takeaways and restaurants, including the Barrow Arms, Mithali, and Sizzle In.
