Dallas’ Highland Park Village unwraps slew of new boutiques for fall
Fingers crossed, shopping is back, and Highland Park Village – coincidentally positioned as Dallas’s premier open-air mall in these pandemic times – has several prestigious global brands this fall, the 14-karat gold watch, luxury menswear and beauty name offer popular with celebrities and a brunch spot from New York.
Here’s everything that’s happening in HPV this fall.
Newcomers
Van Cleef & Arpels. The first Dallas boutique for this French jewelry store – French for home, see – will be on the corner across from Starbucks and next to Trina Turk, with a newly built second floor that will house an exclusive salon where customers can admire the jewelry in trust. Opening September.
Peter Millar. The brand from Raleigh, North Carolina, specializes in luxury performance sportswear, casual seasonal essentials, sophisticated classics, casual, sophisticated bespoke clothing and accessories. With the finest yarns and fabrics, the brand is dedicated to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and the pursuit of innovation. The clear layout of the Highland Park Village store was designed to present a wide range of the diverse collections. An airy, open floor plan includes white oak floors and floating shelves with soft accent lighting, while modern decorative objects and abstract paintings are incorporated throughout the space.
It will feature a full service espresso bar with an exclusive blend of Black & White Coffee Roasters and handcrafted chocolates from Videri. Opening September.
Rolex. New boutique with the globally recognized Swiss watch manufacturer. The boutique is operated by Bachendorf’s in a two-story salon room between Bistro 31 and Bluemercury. It offers professional know-how in an elegant ambience that promotes harmony, discretion and familiarity with the brand. Opening in early autumn.
Dr. Barbara Sturm. Dr. Sturm, one of the world’s most sought-after aesthetic physicians, drew on two decades of anti-inflammatory research to develop her highly effective, ingredient-based skin care programs. Dr. Sturm has earned her clinical reputation and cult status by using her signature techniques to promote youthful, healthy, and beautiful skin without surgery. The new boutique Highland Park Village offers various experience elements such as treatment rooms, a tea bar, power napping stations and much more. Opening in early autumn.
Sadelles. Concept with locations in New York City, Las Vegas and Paris with extraordinary bagel towers, baked goods, salmon and a fun / nifty approach to all-day dining. The recent opening of Major Food Group – the pioneering restaurant company behind globally recognized hits like Carbone – will be one of the greatest Sadelle’s of all time, with a market and interior design by acclaimed Ken Fulk. Opening October.
New locations and expansions
Loro Piana is temporarily located in the room next to YO! Lobster, while its permanent boutique is undergoing a major renovation and expansion due to open in early September.
The conservatory on two this fall is moving to a new room on the second level of building 100 above the anthropology. The Conservatory will also launch a new floral concept, Floral.Shop, in the store on the ground floor next to St. Michael’s Woman’s Exchange this fall.

LoveShackFancy, the feminine and boho-chic fashion brand from New York
Lele Sadoughi, the first stationary accessory store by jewelry designers
Highland Park Village was built in 1931 and is widely considered to be the first real shopping mall in the country. These newbies will join Akris, Alexander McQueen, Carolina Herrera, Cartier, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Dior, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fendi, Goyard, Harry Winston, Hermès, Jimmy Choo, Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford and Valentino.
