Both attorneys joined Caldwell Cassady & Curry after completing stents in the firm’s summer affiliate program.
Mr. Gras joined the firm with prior court experience in his roles at The. at University of Texas School of Law Immigration Clinic and Public Defender’s Law Firms in Clovis, New Mexico.
Before graduating from The University of Texas School of Law with Honors, Mr. Gras earned his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in political science with a major prior to law school at the Louisiana Tech University.
Mr. Blomquist graduated cum laude from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was Managing Executive Editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. While studying law, he served as an external judicial officer for the Hon. John Robert Blakey at the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also a national semi-finalist at the AIPLA Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition 2020.
While studying chemical engineering at The University of Iowa With the highest award, Mr. Blomquist took first place in the Individual Design Competition 2018 of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
