First phase of Painted Tree residential community in McKinney to include 1,200 homes

Development company Oxland Group announced on June 30th that 1,200 houses will be delivered in the first phase of the Painted Tree community.
Painted Tree extends 1,100 acres north of US 380 near Lake Forest Drive and will include 3,400 homes ranging from single family homes to townhouses to semi-custom homes.
“This is the largest batch of batches in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” said Tom Woliver, Co-President and Founder of Oxland Group, in the news release. “This delivery will help provide a solution if demand in North Texas exceeds supply at record levels. It will also serve as a valuable springboard for further development in the north. “
Painted Tree amenities include 40 miles (40 km) of winding trails and trails, a 20 acre lake, 11.5 acre trailhead, and shared space called “The Outpost,” pools, parks, adventure playgrounds, pump track, and more specified.

Painted Tree is slated to open in McKinney in 2022.
