Frisco: Construction Starts on 368-Unit Presidium Frisco Square

Frisco (Collin County) – Bureau, a real estate development, investment and management company, broke ground this week Bureau Frisco Square, a 337,000 square foot residential development in Frisco Square.
The Presidium Frisco Square will offer a total of 368 apartment buildings that will be equipped with first-class amenities in a sophisticated community setting. The first units are expected to be rented in June 2023.

Each of the luxury apartment buildings will have modern features including keyless entry, Ecobee thermostats with built-in Alexa functions, smart light switches and energy-efficient devices.
The residential complex will have first-class amenities, including a 13,000 square meter rental office that includes a club room, cinema lounge, golf simulator and theater room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a co-working lounge with micro offices and podcast rooms.
Set on 4.25 acres, the Presidium Frisco Square offers a plethora of open-air amenities including an outdoor pavilion, rooftop deck overlooking a resort-style pool, and three courtyards with outdoor kitchens. The apartments also have a dog spa and a dog park for renters and their pets.
