Frisco high-rise project will kick off later this month at Hall Park

Construction work on the largest expansion to date of the three decades old mixed-use indoor park by Frisco will begin at the end of this month.

The 162-acre campus on Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway is already the location for more than 2.5 million square feet of offices with nearly 10,000 employees.

A huge new high-rise complex planned on the north side of the campus on Warren Parkway will bring additional offices, luxury residential and hotel space. A $ 114 million performing arts center and new park are also part of the latest project.

The Developer Hall Group has planned the groundbreaking ceremony for the complex on October 28th, which will include almost 20-story buildings – the tallest so far for Hall Park.

The Dallas architect HKS designed the project.

The development site is across from the Dallas Cowboy’s Star in the Frisco Sports and Mixed Area.

Hall Group tore down smaller office buildings to make way for the new build.

Hall Park added its last office building – a 12-story tower on 3201 Dallas Parkway – in 2018.

Since then, developer Craig Hall has received zoning to add millions of square feet of additional office space and new retail and residential buildings to Hall Park.

When the project began in the early 1990s, it was the first such business campus in Frisco. It is still the largest block of office space in the fast-growing city of Collin County.
