Garland Food Fest will serve bites from Dallas’ top ghost kitchens
Pioneering virtual kitchen concept Revolving Kitchen is organizing a festival with several suppliers, a competition and a look behind the scenes at its facility in Garland, which is what the whole ghost kitchen is about.
The Garland Food Fest will take place on November 13th from 12pm to 5pm in the Revolving Kitchen, 520 Shepherd Dr. in Garland and has three pretty good things going for it: # 1 it’s a family friendly event # 2 it’s free entry and # 3 free parking.
More than 20 restaurants using the facility for their virtual kitchen business will participate, including:

So you can have a varied menu with options like smoked brisket sandwiches, seasoned rice pilaf, rigatoni in carbonara sauce, creole chicken salad sandwiches, minced beef tacos, gluten-free brownies and cookies, gumbo and jambalaya, street tacos, and CBD edibles like pineapple banana Pecans. (Entry is free, but food is not.)
At 2:30 p.m. there will be a hot chocolate bar station and a hot dog eating contest sponsored by Samson’s Gourmet Hot Dogs. You are encouraged to sign up and take part in the competition, hope you enjoy hot dogs.
Revolving Kitchen offers hourly tours of their facilities and is giving away raffles for gift cards and sales that will benefit local charities.
The Garland Food Fest takes place thanks to Revolving Kitchen and Garland Foodies, with the support of Visit Garland, with thanks to Ben E. Keith, Sysco and Intrinsic Brewing. Donations for water and drinks through Revolving Kitchen go to Good Samaritans of Garland.
