There is an oversized family room on the first level that Jackson said is essentially two rooms in one. Half of the space has more formal seating overlooking a television and fireplace, and the other half is currently set up with space for children to play. The other rooms on the first level include a study, a toilet and a utility room

All bedrooms are on the second level. The master suite is expansive, with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and space for a sitting area.

Outside, the home has a pool and spa, and covered outdoor entertainment areas with a kitchen.
