NEW YORK, NEW YORK, U.S., Oct. 5, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Granite Comfort, a leading residential HVAC and plumbing investment company, today announced the acquisition of Strittmatter. Strittmatter is a residential air conditioning, heating, and plumbing company serving Denton County, Texas and the surrounding area. Strittmatter will join the Granite Comfort organization as the fifth member, alongside Frymire Home Services of Dallas, Air Experts of Raleigh, Signature HVACR of Philadelphia and Green Air Care of Chicago. Granite Comfort partners continue to operate under their respective brands.
Strittmatter is a professional heating, cooling and plumbing company specializing in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, heating and all plumbing services in residential buildings. Strittmatter was founded in 2006 by Joe and Tawnya Strittmatter and is locally owned and operated. Abe De La Rosa joined the group in 2012 and started the plumbing business.
Granite Comfort, led by CEO Alex Black, invests in and works with leading HVAC and plumbing companies using a unique rental strategy called EASE Comfort®. EASE Comfort enables customers to lease energy-efficient HVAC systems or water heaters under long-term contracts, providing the customer with an energy infrastructure as a service at no upfront cost.
