Grapevine logistics buildings are the latest industrial property sales

Stag Industrial acquired the D / FW North Logistics Center, a 202,140 square meter logistics center with two buildings at 2400 and 2402 Esters Blvd. in Grapevine, from a subsidiary of Olympus Ventures. Randy Baird, Jonathan Bryan, Ryan Thornton and Eliza Bachhuber from the CBRE Group brokered the sale of the industrial buildings.

A partnership led by Katzir Investments purchased the Collins Commerce Center, a 75,601 square foot office property in Richardson. The building at 1651 N. Collins Blvd. was built in 1985. Cody Payne and Michael Tran from Colliers International brokered the sale.

EvoDC McKinney Data Center LLC purchased a 75,000 square foot office building at 3400 S. Stonebridge Drive in McKinney. Rebecca Griffin and Bryan Loewen from Newmark brokered the sale.

An institutional investor bought 108,154 square feet of industrial property at 2636 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas. Adam Abushagur and Tyler Ranft brokered the sale with Marcus & Millichap.

YH Texpert Corp purchased an 81,398 square foot industrial building at 2910-20 East Avenue F, Arlington. RE / MAX Diamond’s Allen Lee brokered the sale with James Mantzuranis, Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne of Stream Realty Partners.

A Nashville-based investor bought CoOp in Bishop, an 18 row house community on 410 Ninth Street in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller, Jack Stone and Hugo Reisenbichler from Greysteel brokered the sale through Urban Genesis.

A local investor acquired 73,987 square feet of recently completed industrial building on 4.3 acres in the Shiloh Commerce Center at 2700 Shiloh Road in Richardson. The site was acquired to be used as retail space by Aoss Medical Supply, a Louisiana-based private medical provider. Weitzman’s Taylor Black brokered the sale with Kirsten Temesvary and Bucky Gillett from Gillett Commercial and Matt Middendorf from Middendorf Commercial.

Vaultcap Partners and FCP purchased Prairie Ridge Apartments, a 100-unit property at 313 Freetown Road in Grand Prairie. Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Wesley Racht from Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

D-7 Roofing LLC purchased a 9,720 square foot industrial building on 4849 Olson Drive in Dallas. Adam Jones and Ryan Wolcott of Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale through First Avalon Investments LLC.

A New York investor, Crestview Partners, bought the 85-unit Crestview Apartments on 3215 Crestview Drive in Dallas. Wellington Realty’s David Shaffer, Caleb Jones and Will Miller brokered the sale.

Urban Logistics Realty purchased 17.6 acres on 1200 South Pipeline Road in Euless. Demian Salmon from Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale.

Robust Manufacturing rented 219,808 square feet of industrial space on Midway Road in Lewisville in 2001. Johnny Anderson, Adam Graham and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease

SCM Corp. rented 140,049 square feet of industrial space in SouthPointe Building B at 3901 Corporate Drive in Lancaster. CBRE has negotiated the lease with Ryan Boozer and Mac Hall from Stream Realty Partners.

Amplex Corp. rented 146,748 square feet of industrial space at 2750 114th Street in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Reed Parker of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Prologis.

Speeder Solutions has rented 67,692 square meters of industrial space in the Shiloh Business Center on Shiloh Road in Garland. Holt Lundsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Charles Brewer and Luke Davis of Stream Realty Partners.

Continental Office Group LLC rented 13,512 square feet of office space in the Gateway East Business Center on Distribution Drive in Garland. Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Jones Lang LaSalle.

The Texas division Southwest Elevator rented 10,894 square feet of commercial space in the Courtyard at Midway at 7415 Whitehall Street in Richland Hills. Hogan Harrison and George Jennings from Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

Ziegler Garnder Bell PLLC rented 7,500 square feet of office space in the Bank of America Plaza at 901 Main Street in downtown Dallas.

Botanical Sciences rented 7,200 square feet of industrial space on 1711 Briercroft Court in Carrollton. Fred Deal from Newmark negotiated the lease with DFW Lee & Associates. Jim Cooksey and Garrison Efird from Newmark negotiated the lease with Jones Lang LaSalle.

Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate has added 7,000 square feet to its Dallas office. The real estate company’s headquarters are located at 3001 Knox Street.

Kyu Ramen & T Bar rented 3,706 square feet of retail space in Warren Plaza on Warren Parkway and Ohio Dive in Frisco. The Retail Connection’s David Levinson negotiated the lease with John Nguyen and Grace La of New Quest Properties.

Outsource LLC has sublet 2,907 square feet of office space at 3400 Carlisle St., Dallas. Ben Crancer and Brendan Zrowka from Whitebox Real Estate took care of the lease.

Glacis Technologies Inc. rented 2,544 square feet of office space at 1130 W. Arapaho Road, Richardson. Sara Fredericks from Newmark negotiated the lease with Centurion Real Estate Partners.

Crumbl Cookies rented 2,000 square feet of retail space in Heritage Towne Crossing at State 121 and Glade Road in Euless. Retail Connection’s David Levinson and Thad Beckner negotiated the lease.

Eye Slayed By Sade has rented 1,518 square feet of commercial space on 1704 Tennison Parkway in Colleyville. Vision Commercial’s Barrett England negotiated the lease with Eric Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate.

Pilates 214 rented 1,516 square feet in the Mockingbird Central Plaza, a retail center at 5400 E. Mockingbird Lane near the intersection with US Highway 75. Blane O’Banion and Michael Sweet of Weitzman led the rental negotiations.

Touchstone EGO rented 1,201 square feet of retail space in Warren Plaza on Warren Parkway and Ohio Drive in Frisco. David Levinson and Paul Cooke of The Retail Connection negotiated the lease with Alfred Goh of Pacific Century Realty.

L & Co. Studio rented 1,173 square feet of retail space in Cedar Hill Village at 329 North Highway 67 in Cedar Hill. Mai Nguyen and Colin Cannon of Resolut Real Estate negotiated the lease with Yesenia Torres of Rogers Healy and Associates.
