Dallas, September 30th, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – The Dallas Business Journal presented its 2020 Best Real Estate Deals Awards on September 23rd. The best land transaction award went to Green Brick Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRBK) based in Dallas, Taylor Morrison (NYSE: TMHC), and Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) based in Dallas for the Madero community.
Developed by Green Brick Partners in collaboration with Taylor Morrison, the 2,500-acre, 2,500-acre gated community will include extensive amenities throughout, including two leisure centers with resort-style pools, extensive green spaces with walking trails, parks, and neighborhood retail space. The first phase of the community is expected to be delivered at the end of 2021.
