This Dallas home will be the location of the next Kips Bay model home.
25 designers and architects were hired to redesign a home in Old Preston Hollow, Dallas for the Kips Bay Dallas Show House this September.
The show home is located at 5138 Deloache Avenue in the Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood and will be open to the public for a month from September 24th. The house is a classic Georgian property with an area of 11,259 square meters and consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two toilets, a foyer, several living areas, a breakfast room, two fully equipped kitchens, a winter garden, a wine cellar, a theater and a pool .

“We look forward to seeing this group transform the space as it is our second model home in Dallas and our first with many of these designers,” said James Druckman, chairman of the board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “Aside from the visibility and notoriety of attending the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, their dedication and talent will help us achieve our fundraising goals for this year aimed at improving after-school and youth enrichment programs our city are so crucial. “
The show house attracts 15,000 visitors each year, and all proceeds go to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides innovative after-school and enrichment programs for 10,000 teens ages six to 18 in ten locations across the Bronx. The respected organization has raised over $ 25 million to date.
The honorary chairmen of this year’s Show House include Jamie Drake and Bunny Williams as well as the co-chairs Steele Marcoux, Jan Showers, Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey as well as the vice chairs Trish Sheats and Laura Lee Clark Faulkner.
