Hampton, Fulk among Dallas Kips Bay show house designers

This Dallas home will be the location of the next Kips Bay model home.

25 designers and architects were hired to redesign a home in Old Preston Hollow, Dallas for the Kips Bay Dallas Show House this September.

The show home is located at 5138 Deloache Avenue in the Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood and will be open to the public for a month from September 24th. The house is a classic Georgian property with an area of ​​11,259 square meters and consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two toilets, a foyer, several living areas, a breakfast room, two fully equipped kitchens, a winter garden, a wine cellar, a theater and a pool .

The show house attracts 15,000 visitors each year, and all proceeds go to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides innovative after-school and enrichment programs for 10,000 teens ages six to 18 in ten locations across the Bronx.
