One of the largest industrial property owners and developers in the country is planning a huge new distribution project in southwest Dallas.
Prologis Inc. plans to build the two-building warehouse in Mountain Creek Business Park on Interstate 20. The 1.3-million-square-foot warehouse project will be built on Mountain Creek Parkway starting next month, according to planning documents posted at. were submitted to the state.
