Inovar Packaging Group Acquires Dion Label – Covering the Printing Inks, Coatings and Allied Industries

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC recently completed the acquisition of Dion Label Printing, Inc. of Westfield, MA, in collaboration with the existing Dion Label management team. This is Inovar’s seventh platform company and complements its existing manufacturing presence in Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Milwaukee, WI, Kansas City, KS and Oceanside, CA. The company is executing a strategic growth plan, both organically and through acquisitions in partnership with owners and management, and is building a regionally based prime label business across North America.

Inovar’s mission is to meet the needs of specialty consumer and industrial product companies that value short lead times, innovative solutions, technical support and local service while offering multiple locations and production options for redundancy and flexibility.
