Man Shot And Killed While Waiting In Drive-Thru Line At Dallas Fast Food Restaurant – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas Police are looking for a killer who shot a man in front of the Jack in the Box at 5757 N. Jim Miller Rd. approx. 1:15 p.m. Sunday, October 31.

Police said the victim was found on an adjacent street at 2700 Highland Road, where he drove after being shot and eventually died.

Police said the gunman in his twenties was the passenger in a late 4-door Nissan, possibly an Altima, dark gray with dark tinted windows.

The suspects were gone when the police got there.
