Mockingbird Station roundup: New stores, restaurants coming soon

By early 2022, Mockingbird Station will add eight stores to its tenants.

From restaurants to retail stores to gyms, the mall on the corner of Mockingbird Lane and North Central Expressway will have a variety of options for neighbors by 2022.

Below is a summary of the new deals.

Restaurants

• The Finch: The Finch, a Milkshake Concepts restaurant, plans to start construction in the fall and open in the spring of 2022. It will be located at 5307 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 150, in the old Cafe Express area. The restaurant serves American food.
• Sekushi: This Japanese restaurant with sushi specialties and fresh seafood is expected to open in early November. Located at 5321 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 130.
• Wulf Burger: The second location in North Texas offers the neighbors everything from grass-fed beef burgers to crispy chicken sandwiches to vegan Impossible patties on red hamburger buns. Located at 5331 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 125.

retail trade

• Club Champion: This club fitting and construction company leads the leading manufacturers of golf clubs, shafts and grips. Located at 5331 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 195.
• Sneaker Haven: The Advocate recently reported on this store. It will sell the top brands of sneakers and focus on customer service.

fitness

• Fit Social Club: This indoor cycling and functional training facility offers strength training, rhythm riding and high-intensity training in 45-minute courses. Located at 5331 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 192.

Services

• Mane Salon: The Mane Salon opens in November at 5321 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 140. The hair salon offers styling, coloring, advice, and more.
• Hack Shack: In this indoor golf simulator bar, neighbors can order golf-themed cocktails and groceries in 10 hitting bays. There are also three private suites available for events or golf lessons. Located at 5321 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 240.
