More warehouse space in the works north of Fort Worth
A new industrial park at the plant north of Fort Worth will bring three new industrial buildings.
The Haslet Crossing industrial project is being built on Avondale Haslet Road and the Intermodal Parkway. According to planning documents filed with the state, it is a project by Stream Realty Partners based in Dallas.
Construction on the nearly half a million square foot project is slated to begin in September and development will cost nearly $ 14 million, according to government records.
The project was designed by GSR Andrade Architects.
The new business park is planned near Interstate 35W and the AllianceTexas development.
Stream Realty Partners has already built several industrial projects north of Fort Worth, one of the fastest growing warehouses in the region.
In the first quarter of 2021, the AllianceTexas area had almost 4 million square meters of industrial building space under construction.
