Nat’l Coffee Day, Fair Fare, Whiskey and Live Music: Things to Do Sept. 29 – Oct. 4

Today is National Coffee Day, and you can celebrate at your favorite local cafe or attend a few special events today. You may need extra coffee to get through all of this week’s events.

The gourmet paradise, the State Fair of Texas, opened last Friday and runs until October 17, and with October almost almost more Oktoberfest is on the calendar. If that’s not enough, head to your favorite restaurants and pubs in Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, The Cedars, and the Dallas Design District for some local tastings or live music.
