DALLAS, July 8, 2021 / PRNewswire / – The Neiman Marcus Group (“NMG” or “the Company”) today announced the appointment of Hannah Kim as Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Board. Kim will join NMG on July 26, 2021.

Kim has a successful career in global corporate law and has strategically guided companies through compliance, acquisitions, reorganizations and leadership changes. Kim most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at Energizer Holdings, Inc. where she was responsible for legal, compliance, ethics, regulatory and government affairs. She also brings extensive experience leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies, an area that is becoming increasingly important to NMG as the company prepares to announce its three-year ESG strategy later this year .

In her new role, Kim will oversee Legal and Compliance for NMG to advance and protect the overall business strategy.

Prior to her three years at Energizer, Kim held senior positions at Bank of America and Lowe’s Companies, Inc. She is also a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Kim’s hiring follows several recent strategic hires, including Bob Kupbens, EVP and Chief Product & Technology Officer at NMG, and new ones Neiman Marcus leader Paolo Riva, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Brand partnerships & Merchandising and Lisa Aiken, SVP and head of fashion and lifestyle.
