New nonstop service to Belize City from Seattle, cyber week airfare promotions, more airline news

Alaska Miles Bonus, Belize Route Begins
Alaska Airlines is offering a bonus on miles purchases through December 23rd. Guests receive up to 50% bonus when they buy miles for themselves or as a gift to someone else. Such an increase in miles can help reduce the cost of a future flight. Alaska Airlines award flights start at 5,000 miles each way plus taxes and fees from $ 5.60.
Alaska has also officially launched new connections to Belize City from Seattle (SEA) and Los Angeles (LAX). Twice a week there is a non-stop service between Seattle and Belize City.
“We are very excited to be opening our Seattle and Los Angeles facilities,” said Brett Catlin, Alaska Airlines vice president of Network and Alliances. “Belize offers great family-friendly, eco-conscious options – from iconic islands to lush jungles and ancient sites. And it’s closer than you think: It’s only a five-hour flight from LA, and six hours from Seattle. “
Alaska Airlines now flies to Belize City from Seattle and Los Angeles.

Delta season of adventure sales
Delta has now announced limited-time discounts with a season of Adventure Offers through November 30th. The fare offering highlights Delta’s Premium Select cabin on flights to Europe, but travelers can find deals in all cabin classes in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Examples of domestic fare deals include Seattle (SEA) to Reno-Tahoe (RNO) from 9,000 miles round-trip, while deals between Seattle and Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD) start from 8,000 miles round-trip plus taxes and fees.

Hawaiian Airlines Cyber Week flash sale
Hawaiian Airlines has released numerous flight deals for Cyber Week, with the continued flexibility of unchanged fees for the main or premium staterooms.
Sample fare deals include Seattle (SEA) to Honolulu (HNL) or Seattle to Maui (OGG) starting at $ 169 one way for the Main Cabin Basic or $ 199 for the Main Cabin.
All guests traveling to the Hawaiian Islands must meet the state’s Safe Travels requirements, which allow domestic travelers in the United States to participate in a vaccination exemption program.
Southwest fares start at $ 59
Book by November 25 and take advantage of Southwest’s winter sales with one-way rates starting at $ 59. Valid travel dates in the continental United States are November 26 through March 9, 2022, and travel to and from Hawaii is November 26 through December 15, 2021.
