New Northeast Dallas neighborhood will bring three dozen homes
A new Lake Highland neighborhood will bring 36 single family homes within walking distance of a light rail station.
Austin-based StoryBuilt Homes is building the high density housing development near Skillman Street and Walnut Hill Lane in northeast Dallas.
The development is located on the former site of an office complex overlooking the Jackson Branch of White Rock Creek. It’s about a block from DART’s Lake Highlands Tram Station.
The community will be called Goose at White Rock Valley and will have homes priced starting at $ 700,000.
The first houses should be ready for occupancy by mid to late 2022.
With the ever increasing demand for housing in the Dallas marketplace, we are excited to offer homes with exceptional schools, active community participation, access to great nearby lifestyle amenities, and smart and efficient design, “said Adam Stetson of StoryBuilt Homess in a statement. “We give homeowners the lifestyle they want in the places they want.”
The three and four bedroom apartments will be between 2,200 and 2,800 square meters.
StoryBuilt Homes has built a number of urban housing developments in the nearby neighborhoods of Dallas.
The company builds in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Seattle and Denver.
