He has been mentioning the food and supply shortages in his restaurant for 15 months.
According to co-owners, the condition was particularly dire as it was opened 100% in May.

The state is also bound by milk, cooking oil, chicken, and more, according to the Texas Restaurant Association.
“There was a breeding problem. Last quarter, demand rose 22% and supply was 8% scarce, ”said the Texas Restaurant Association. “Everything except chicken is relevant to the entire supply chain and transport logistics.”
There is no concrete solution to help restaurants compensate for product shortages, but the food industry recommends expanding the menu as needed.
