OrthoLazer Flower Mound recently signed a lease for 4,335 square meters on the second floor of the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound, according to a press release from developer Realty Capital Management and equity partner Staubach Capital.

The orthopedic laser center specializes in non-invasive pain treatment for orthopedic diseases such as arthritis and neuropathy. The center uses what is known as an MLS M8 robotic laser, which is the most advanced laser in the United States, said Dr. David Evanich in the press release.

“The laser treatments are completely drug-free, non-invasive and painless,” said Evanich. “We are thrilled to be the first to make this proprietary technology available to residents and athletes of North Texas.”

This will be the first OrthoLazer site in Texas, according to the press release. It was created through a partnership between seven orthopedic surgeons from Orthopedic Associates of Flower Mound and retired NFL player Donald Driver, who will serve as the center’s executive director.

“We are proud to have a clinic like this one with state-of-the-art therapeutic treatments that will draw patients from all over Dallas, Fort Worth to Flower Mound,” said Jimmy Archie, managing director of Realty Capital Management, in the press release.

The two story building is located at 737 International Parkway in the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound.
