Oticon Names Finalists for the 23rd Annual Oticon Focus on People Awards
Voting begins for the awards program that recognizes notable individuals with hearing loss
SOMERSET, NJ, November 15, 2021 – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Hearing aid manufacturer Oticon, Inc. today announced the names of 12 finalists for the 2021 Oticon Focus on People Awards. This national program recognizes adults, students and attorneys with hearing loss, as well as the hearing care professionals who advocate and support the hearing loss community on a daily basis. Voting in these four categories starts today and runs until December 17, 2021.
Since 1997, the Oticon Focus on People Awards have been an integral part of Oticon’s mission to raise awareness, increase opportunities and provide life-changing technologies to people with hearing loss of all levels. In recognition of these great personalities, Oticon continues to break down the stigma surrounding hearing loss and show that it does not limit a person’s ability to succeed.
This year’s finalists, who come from coast to coast, are comprised of inspiring students, savvy adults, and innovative practitioners who have a positive impact on their communities. The 2021 Oticon Focus on People Awards finalists include:
