The largest one-day Japanese cultural festival returns to Frisco on November 20th. It is believed that the custom of moon-gazing by Japanese aristocrats during the Heian Period (AD 794 to 1185). Visitors to this year’s event can view the night sky and mountain through the telescopes available on the festival site.
