(OTC Pink: PJET) (“PJET”) today announced plans to expand its Student Housing By Owner (SHBO) app later this month bring out. The company also confirms that it has placed an order with Alternet Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALYI) to assist its electric vehicle pilot on the university campus.
PJET recently launched a new business focus providing technology solutions to enhance the student living experience.
PEJT’s technology solution for student housing is based on an app for Student Housing By Owner (SHBO). The development of the app has been completed and the app is now being subjected to an internal quality check. The app should go into production this year.
PJET also recently announced that it will add an EV pilot to its stationary pilot. PJET has ordered ten electric scooters that will be used on the same campus with a mobile app to access the scooters. PJET will use the pilot project to generate data for a more comprehensive technology solution that can be scaled to any university.
PJET announced completion of architectural and engineering designs for its brick and mortar college housing project.
PJET is building a stationary component of its business to physically test and prove parameters for its technology solutions. The company has agreed to finance and build a student residence building in Texas that will support a small private university with approximately 1,200 student enrollment.
