@properties co-CEOs Thad Wong and Mike Golden say Suburban Jungle founder and president Alison Bernstein will continue to lead the company. The company will continue to operate independently, with its strategists referring clients to real estate agents based on the agents’ local expertise and having demonstrated their commitment to Suburban Jungle’s buyer advocacy model.

Bernstein founded Suburban Jungle in 2004 during his time Columbia Business School. The company was their solution to the problem of figuring out which of the 500 cities and suburbs in the metropolitan area new York would be the ideal addition to her family.
