Rush Bowls brings natural and healthy mixed fruit bowls to the heart of Dallas
Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Rush Bowls – a Colorado-based, fast-casual concept known for its fresh and healthy meals in a bowl – will have its newest location in The Union office tower at 2300 N in late July. open Field St. The new restaurant is opened by local owner Ted Bachmeier and his wife Elizabeth. As the first rush bowls to open in an office tower, the location offers downtown residents and professionals a nutritious take-away meal.

Far healthier than the traditional, fast-casual meal, which usually consists of fried foods and unspeakable ingredients, rush bowls are made with whole ingredients, are fully customizable, and can be mixed with proteins, vitamins, and other nutritious ingredients while sipping calories and stay low in fat.
There is a large selection of bowls and smoothies to choose from on the menu. That includes the usual local favorites and even a Bow Wow Bowl made just for your dog.
“With all the options we offer our customers, there really is something for everyone,” says Elizabeth Bachmeier. “We believe that even the pickiest eater can find an option they like in our customizable menu of fruit mixes, mix-ins and toppers.”
For customers with dietary restrictions, vegetarian, vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, soy, dairy and nut free options are also available at no extra charge.
This is the fourth Rush Bowls location the couple has opened. With plans for future local community involvement, the opening of this new location in downtown Dallas is the next step in Rush Bowls’ continued expansion.
