DALLAS, September 3, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Simmons Bank today, as trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE: SBR), announced a cash distribution to the holders of its economic interest interests $ 0.274940 per unit, payable on September 29, 2021, to registered shareholders on September 15th, 2021. This distribution mainly reflects the oil production for May 2021 and gas production for April 2021. The preliminary production volume is approximately 46,167 barrels of oil and 677,387 mcf of gas. Preliminary prices are approximate $ 64.04 per barrel of oil and $ 2.74 per mcf gas.

Sales are only distributed after receipt, checking and booking. Most energy companies typically pay royalties on or around the 25th of each month, and depending on the type of mail delivery, different royalties may not be received until sales are posted on the last business day of the month. Revenue received after that date will be posted within 30 days of receipt.
During the month of August, the respective home protection / work from home contracts across the industry had a significant impact on the posting of revenue for the Trust through the following month of September. As corresponding adjustments are made, the functions of the trust will continue to be exercised, albeit with a delay. We will continue to strive to make the operation of the trust and its providers as smooth as possible.
Due to the time at the end of August, approx. $ 1,643,000 of the income is posted in the following month of September in addition to the normal income in September. As of August close of business and prior to this press release $ 195,000 Receipts have been received.
