Saving Red Bird Mall shouldn’t have to save southern Dallas too

In this episode

The Red Bird Mall is the only closed mall in south Dallas. From its opening in 1975 until the mid-1990s, the mall was a hub for people living south of Interstate 30. Then it faded. Developers Peter Brodsky and Terrence Maiden sat down to discuss the revitalization of the mall as a health and work center and the challenges and stereotypes of business in the south.
