Sealy & Company, a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company and a recognized leader in the industrial real estate market, announces the acquisition of a 1,276,250 square foot commercial real estate portfolio in Wichita, Kansas. The portfolio, consisting of four fully occupied Class A distribution centers along N. Air Capitol Drive and N. Hayes Drive, was acquired for an undisclosed amount.

After a strong third quarter, Sealy & Company is well on its way to a record year in terms of both total transaction volume and number of transactions completed. The addition of the Park City Industrial Center portfolio marks the fourth new market Sealy & Company entered in 2021 and expands the company’s presence to 19 markets.

Known as the Air Capitol of the World, the Wichita, Kansas market is a global hub for advanced manufacturing, engineering, and research and development with one of the most educated and advanced workers in the world. The Park City Industrial Portfolio is ideally located off I-135 just north of Wichita, Kansas, near the geographic epicenter of the continental United States and adjacent to the new 1 million square foot Amazon Distribution Center. All four buildings were built in the past six years and their design features make them some of the most sought-after industrial properties on the Wichita market. Each building is equipped with ESFR fire extinguishing systems, insulated walls and roofs, 10 ‘dock gates and functional concrete truck parking spaces.
