Sfuzzi To Reopen In Dallas Next Year

Eight years after its original closure, Sfuzzi reopens its doors.

This & That Hospitality partners, Brandon Hays and Phil Schanbaum, originally opened Sfuzzi in 1987, bringing upscale Italian restaurants to Dallas for brunch or late night. After closing in 2013, the duo are working to bring the concept to Henderson Ave. 2401 revive.

“It was an exciting place to find yourself. There was always a celebratory energy and we never knew who was allowed to come through the doors, ”said Brandon in a press release. “Phil and I look forward to returning the old Sfuzzi memories to the guests in Dallas, but also to helping create new ones.”

Once open, guests can enjoy Italian cuisine inspired by the original Sfuzzi.

“The menu will be robust in terms of both food and drink. Incredible pizzas, flavorful pastas and well-thought-out dishes are key, “said Phil in a press release. “The plan is to get as much inspiration as possible from the original menus – both food and bar.”

Sfuzzi will offer 4,000 square meters of space inside and 2,000 square meters for the terrace. It will be open Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
