James Beard nominated chef John Tesar opened the Knife at The Highland Hotel in 2014. From a 44 Farms Flat Iron Steak to 90 days Dry-Aged 44 Farms beef fillet, there is something for everyone. If you’re not in the mood for a simple steak, don’t miss Top Chef Alaun’s famous Ozersky burger, as well as a variety of pasta and seafood options on the menu. . It was only two years ago that the original owner, Bob Sambol, returned to his eponymous restaurant to greet customers six days a week. The premium ribeye, filet mignon, and signature giant glazed carrots are the restaurant favorites. You can also order crab cakes, salmon, and fried sea bass on the seafood menu. For an old-school Dallas steakhouse feel, Bob’s is your place.

This popular steakhouse in the historic West End is owned by Chef Tony Street. The meat is cut by hand in-house and seasoned with spices and herbs from YO’s own brand. In addition to the usual Angus beef cuts, the restaurant also offers game such as buffalo, elk and game. There are also a few seafood options, including fried chicken lobster, king salmon shredded with red chilli, and a classic shrimp and grits. The YO bread pudding is a must for dessert.

Founded in 1999 by restauranteur Phil Romano (eatZi’s), this uptown steakhouse is one of the best places in Dallas to enjoy a steak. Known for its classics like the premium filet with bone and the dry-aged long bone cowboy, Nick & Sam’s also serves sushi, seafood and a full Japanese Wagyu menu. The extensive menu also includes nearly 20 side dishes, including King Crab Elote, Duck Confit Mac, and Fried Rice.

Located in northwest Dallas, the restaurant is popular for its filet mignon, bacon-wrapped scallops, and lobster devil eggs. You can also add side dishes like jumbo asparagus, steak fries, or jumbo lump crab mac and cheese. For those who prefer seafood, there is an option of king salmon and live Maine lobster.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse is a chic uptown spot for a meal, offering everything from filet mignon to top-notch tomahawk. Seafood includes lobster, king crab, and salmon. Non-carnivores can even order a cauliflower steak. Be sure to leave space for the butter cake for dessert.

Chef Nick Badovinus’ swanky steakhouse serves the best steaks, cocktails and raw bar in the Design District. The restaurant’s interiors – with 64 opulent chandeliers, a Ducati motorcycle, and a yellow submarine – are a sight in themselves. As for the food, you can’t go wrong with prime rib, oysters, king crab, and fried brussels. There is also an entire section on the menu devoted to whiskey cocktails.

Must-have dishes include lobster and crab cakes, filet mignon, and caramelized French onion soup. Ribeye with bones rubbed with stones is also popular. The Capital Grille also has an outdoor deck for al fresco dining in the Crescent’s quaint courtyard.
