Summer Moon Coffee coming to Kenosha; Austin, Texas-based franchise to open at Green Bay Road location | Business

Summer Moon Coffee, a Texas-based coffee chain that sells roasted oak and “legendary sweet cream” that it carries as Moon Milk, announced Wednesday that it would have a grand opening for a store on Green Bay Road in Kenosha plans.

The company announced that the Kenosha store at 6425 Green Bay Road will be the first Midwest location for the Austin, Texas, coffeeshop chain. The company currently has a total of 32 locations in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, the Houston area, El Paso, Kansas City and Oklahoma City. The company also plans to expand into other regions.

The Kenosha location is expected to provide a drive through, online ordering service, and outdoor seating.

The man-woman team Jim and Cathi Leibforth are the owners of the new shop.

Summer Moon Kenosha is slated to open on Saturday, December 4th, with weekend hours from 7am to 8pm; and weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The first 50 guests at the grand opening on December 4th will be pampered with a Summer Moon Swag Bag, while all guests will be pampered with free roasted oak coffee and moon milk samples (while supplies last).
