Tampa Bay Buccaneers spruce up food options for fans this season
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – From concession booths to suites, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hope to delight fans with new dining options this season.
The Bucs will face the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night to kick off the 2021 NFL season at Raymond James Stadium.

“Sept. 9 is going to be a big day at Raymond James Stadium, ”said Brian Ford, Chief Operating Officer of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Ford said there had been a lot of preparation behind the scenes.
“It’s going to be epic and again I encourage everyone to come early but get ready,” he said.
Fans lucky enough to snag a ticket during the 2021 season will notice some new offers this year.
Ford says they listened to fans to develop new food offerings and an improved game day experience.
The Buccaneers have partnered with Aussie Grill, Winghouse, Little Ceasars and Vizzy to improve the menu at the stadium.

“Everything I mentioned, the pizza and specialty brands, those are things that fans have asked about,” he said.
After a season of limited fans, Ford said he was thrilled to see tickets for the 2021 season sold out and he hopes the best is yet to come.
“As coach Bruce Arians said, there are two of us going,” he said.
If one thing can bring football fans together, it’s food.
“It’s a well-oiled machine to produce such a large volume,” said Brent Lewis, executive chief of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“The team and I basically concentrate on the fan experience. From the hot dogs to the boutique bleachers to the player meal to the stadium, my team and I take care of all of that, ”said Lewis.
In addition to the new brands in the stadium, they are also launching some of the old favorites.
“We have our smart dogs with different interpretations of hot dogs and the like, some of our macaroni and cheese bars that we have below, and our grilled cheese concepts,” he said.
If fans are looking for more gourmet options, the chefs in the suite areas prepare dishes like fresh Florida corn and Gulf scallops. Lewis said many of their dishes are locally sourced.
“The corn is from the Tampa area, Gulf Scallops, for us as chefs it really cares about the community, sources where we can, helps people and brings our product local, it’s fresh, it’s in your garden” , he said.
