Just opened in Bishop Arts, this new farm-to-table restaurant comes from the same minds as the nearby Tribal All Day Cafe. The menu includes small dishes like seasonal tempura, kimchi pancakes, and ginger chilli baby pok choi. There is a large salad menu with vegetables like roasted pumpkin, rainbow carrots, wood-fired avocado, and chilli-charred Napa cabbage. As for main courses, whether you feel 44 Farms steak, mahi mahi, or seafood stew, there is something for everyone.

In keeping with the restaurant name, all ingredients and dishes change seasonally.

After closing during the pandemic, The Foundry music and beer garden in West Dallas has reopened. It also refreshed the most popular fried chicken spot, Chicken Scratch. (Though they just call it The Foundry now to avoid confusion.)

The new management, Shane Spillers (owner of Eno’s Pizza Tavern and Brewed), has taken over the meeting place. The menu still features the delicious chicken chicken scratch it was known for, as well as side dishes like mac and cheese. Sunday brunch offers chicken and waffles and more from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm.

This new American restaurant with a Mediterranean influence opens for dinner tonight in Addison. The 5,000 square meter space includes a modern dining room and an outdoor terrace as well as a bar with service with craft beers, wines and cocktails. Lunch and brunch menus are offered after the first opening, but you can also try the loaded haystack fries, fettuccine alfredo, deviled egg salad, and more for dinner. There are even beignets for dessert, including chocolate ganache, classic powdered sugar and crème brlée with banana pudding.

At the same time, Sonny & Sons is opening a quick and casual place in Spatch with fried hot chicken, half birds, sandwiches and donuts.
